Asparagus, blackcurrants and raspberries are carefully hand picked.
From selected fruits, we transform our farm house product's by a specific and original method. Visit the booth, you will discover the byproducts of blackcurrant and raspberry jelly, spread containing 50% less sugar, butter, onion confit with blackcurrant coulis, mustard, syrup, vinegar, salad dressing.

During your visit to the farm you can taste all our products.

Blackcurrant spread :
less than 50% sugar
 
Blackcurrant and raspberry jelly

Raspberry spread:
less than 50% sugar
 

Blackcurrant syrup: as an apetizer add a glass of dry white wine or a sparkling wine to 5 ml of blackcurrant syrup, or for dessert, use as a spread on a cake, pancake, ice cream.
 
Blackcurrant vinegar: with salads or cooking meats and fish.


L'INCOGNITO: is a cream of blackcurrant, offer a percentage of 22 % of alcohol. To taste nature, with tonic or in kir.

 

LE RONDO: winner of the golden medal in the challenge of Coupe des Nations 2010, St - Pierre's Rondo is a cream of raspberry offering a percentage of 18 % of alcohol.


LE LEGATO: winner of the silver medal in the challenge of Coupe des Nations 2010, St - Pierre's Legato is an apéritif of blackcurrant, offering a percentage of 14 % of alcohol.

 

 

 

LE SOUPIR: winner of the golden medal in the challenge of Coupe des Nations 2010, St - Pierre's Soupir is a blackcurrant's fortified wine like ''port'' offering a percentage of 18 % of alcohol.
